At the age of seven, she approached the art world thanks to his father, a painter and a sailor. She then discovered an intense passion for music – soul,  in particular – and the great voices of international jazz. She has travelled all over Europe performing with international musicians in major cities’ theaters and venues.

In 2012, she obtained 2 degrees: one in acting at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Milan, directed by Giancarlo Giannini, and one in Literature and Philosophy.

In 2014, Marianne released her first single Come quando fuori piove and immediately drew attention and allowed her to open for national and international artists such as Patti Smith, Kiesza, Baustelle, Patty Pravo, Niccolò Fabi, Brunori Sas, Tiromancino, Raphael Gualazzi and many others.  In 2016, her debut album Quelli come me was released , followed by an intense tour. In February 2017, she performed the song Le canzoni fanno male at Sanremo Festival – the namesake EP was released on February 10, 2017. In May 2017 she opened for Patti Smith Italian tourdates.

In October 2017, she released the song The Place which was featured in the homonymous film directed by Paolo Genovese. The song, both released in Italian and English, was co-written with STAG band.
